These terms govern your use of the DHQ Parking website and parking reservation services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DHQ Parking text messaging
You may optionally enroll in automated reservation, arrival, gate-access and support texts after verifying your phone. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to create an account or make a purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, START to resume, or HELP for assistance; you can also contact hello@dhqparking.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text or phone acknowledgement does not guarantee gate movement. Keep your phone number current and notify us if it changes. Accounts and eligibility
You must be an adult and have authority to make bookings for yourself or the organization you represent. Provide accurate account and reservation information, protect your sign-in credentials, and contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Reservations and site rules
A reservation covers the location, dates, and parking described in its confirmation. Follow the operator’s posted rules, arrival instructions, and vehicle restrictions. Do not occupy unauthorized spaces or remain beyond your booked period without arranging an extension. Availability and access may be affected by operational conditions.
Prices, payments, and refunds
Review the price, taxes, fees, and any cancellation terms shown before confirming a reservation. You are responsible for authorized charges. Bookings are final unless the terms shown at checkout or applicable law provide otherwise. Contact support about cancellations, billing errors, or refund requests.
Test reservations
Reservations explicitly marked as test bookings do not involve a charge and do not authorize actual parking or physical gate access. Test features may simulate booking, payment, or arrival events.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or parking equipment, submit fraudulent reservations, or use the service for unlawful activities. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms.
Vehicles and personal property
You remain responsible for your vehicle, cargo, and personal property, including securing them and maintaining appropriate insurance. A parking reservation does not by itself create a storage, custody, or insurance arrangement. Report site problems or incidents to the operator and contact emergency services when necessary.
Service availability and responsibility
The website and services may be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided as available without additional warranties. DHQ Parking is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such exclusions are permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. External services and parking operators may have additional terms that apply to their services. Review any site-specific requirements provided with your booking.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date, with additional notice where required. Contact us with questions or disputes about the service or your reservation.
